Led on key business areas from client relationships to property marketing to profile-raising networking, alongside compiling accurate lease and sales contracts, and regular negotiations with attorneys, bankers and other local brokers for the sale and leasing of commercial property.

Managed an average of 1 million square feet of retail and office property, including the annual budgets for individual commercial properties, the proposals for projects and continual preventative maintenance scheduled work and maintaining building’s systems (HVAC and MEP), as well as the daily operations and contractors for properties.

I just wrapped up a beautiful renovation of an triplex into a Single-Family in the Fan. The project was comprehensive and completed on-time and on-budget. I also manage the day–to-day operations of residential investment properties that include: budgeting; tenant relations; receipts andpayables; new leases and renewals; acquisition of new property; and managing contractors,construction projects and long-term service contracts.

I have a stewardship mentality towards these buildings and there is always something to work on to improve the cash-flow and curb-appeal.
